FER-4/0

The FER-4/0 (Panduit F91-32-L) is a heavy-duty non-insulated single-wire ferrule designed for 4/0 AWG–250 kcmil (120 mm²) flexible copper conductors. Designed for large conductor terminations, the ferrule manages individual wire strands to help prevent broken or turned-back strands while creating a clean, compact termination for insertion into mechanical connectors. The F91-32-L features a 32 mm (1.26 in.) ferrule length, with a 16.5 mm (0.65 in.) inside diameter and 17.5 mm (0.69 in.) outside diameter. It is designed for flexible conductor classes including DLO, H, I, K, and M, making it well suited for electrical distribution panels, switchgear, motor control centres, circuit breakers, power distribution blocks, and other high-current electrical equipment. For proper installation, Panduit specifies the CD-2001-F91 crimping die for use with compatible Panduit crimping tools.
