The EZ Solar EZ-JB-F-200-CA Fortis-200 is a high-capacity roof-mounted PV junction box designed for residential, commercial, and large-scale solar installations on composition and asphalt shingle roofs. Featuring an expansive 200 in³ interior volume, the Fortis-200 provides ample space for conductor routing, splicing, and terminations in more complex photovoltaic systems. Rated for up to 1,500VDC / 450VAC and 120A maximum current, the Fortis-200 is ideal for high-power PV arrays requiring increased wiring capacity. Its rugged Type 3R weather-resistant enclosure is engineered for roof slopes from 2.5:12 to 12:12 and accepts conductors ranging from 14 AWG to 6 AWG. Designed to simplify installation while maintaining code compliance, the Fortis-200 is compatible with UL 1741 and CSA C22.2 No. 290 approved wire connectors, delivering long-term reliability in demanding outdoor environments.
